This Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions for the exchange of products purchased from Ginniya (“Company”). By initiating an exchange request, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to abide by the terms set forth herein.
That the Customer shall mandatorily provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video of the product at the time of opening the parcel. The unboxing video must begin before the parcel is opened and must clearly show the condition of the packaging and the product. Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
That the product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, along with all original tags, certificates, invoices, and packaging materials. The product must be securely packed in the same manner as received, including bubble wrap and all safety precautions, to prevent any damage during transit. You can raise a return request from here within 2 days of the delivery of the order. Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without applying a coupon) are eligible for return.
That in cases where the product is not damaged or defective, the shipping charges for returning the product to the Company shall be borne solely by the Customer. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the product during return transit.
That upon successful verification and approval of the exchange request, the Company will issue a coupon equivalent to the value of the returned product. The coupon shall be valid for a period of 03 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on the Company’s official platform.
That products showing signs of wear and tear, alteration, resizing, or damage not attributable to the Company, or products returned without original packaging and documentation, shall not be eligible for exchange. Customised, personalised, engraved, or special order items are strictly non-exchangeable.
That the Customer must initiate the exchange request within the 48 hours of the product delivered. Requests made beyond this period shall not be entertained.

That all exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by the Company’s quality control team. The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria as set out in this Policy.
That the issued coupon is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The coupon must be used in a single transaction, and any unused balance will lapse after the validity period.
That the Company’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the coupon issued for the exchanged product. The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the exchange process.
That this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur .
That the Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this Policy at any time without prior notice. The Customer is advised to review the Policy periodically for any updates.
